Reservation Policy

A 50% non‐refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Clients invoice will also a include a refundable $250 damages deposit.

Full balance is due 7 days prior to the event. If you provide at least 30 days notice you may apply your
deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any event cancelled with less
than 30 days will forfeit their deposit and any payments made.

*The reserved time includes set-up and tear down of items not provided by The Five. Client, guest and approved vendors (i.e. caterer/DJ) may not access the venue prior to the reservation start time and must have all items removed by the reservation end time. Additional Hours available at $100/Hr.

The Five does not allow the use of Third Party Event Decorating Companies/Services at our Hamilton Rd. location.
